Honda Direct use Royal Mail for smaller items and DHL for larger items (UK Shipping only)

Royal Mail deliveries are typically sent by Royal Mail 48 so will normally arrive within a maximum of 2-3 working days. DHL deliveries are typically made the next working day, but some remote areas may require an extra day. Express deliveries use either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL depending on the items ordered. All in stock orders placed up until 9.00am are dispatched the same working day. Any in stock orders placed after 9.00am may not be dispatched until the next working day.

Returns Information

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
